social issues concerning India

Today though India has progressed a lot with relation to latest advancements in Science & Technology but India is still backward if we talk about our society.In our society there are many issues concerning the people which have not been solved till date.For example a live-in relationship is looked down upon by the society ,widows are still not allowed to remarry and female infanticide rate is at an all time- high.And it is surprising to know that female infanticide rate is highest among the high-class and educated families.Therefore this blog is an attempt to discuss these issues and possibly look for solutions for our society.

    The question really is- what can we do to change this- join a dubious NGO- or sift through the lists to find an honest one?
